I wanted to buy tickets, not inundated with extra sales pitches
I bought resold tickets here, and they were sent to me but with no barcode or anything attached. Once I got to my event I could not get in since the tickets had no way for them to be scanned, even though they were transferred into my Ticketmaster account and shown. Now, they will not give me a refund even though I have paid for something I did not receive and I had to buy new tickets at the time of the event in order to get in. Multiple people from this event tried to help me and told me it was an issue from the seller, being event tickets center, and to contact them for my money back but they will not give me a refund. I would advice to not buy from here in order to protect your money.
