I spent 500 dollars on Nascar tickets for my autistic son and I to go it was our first time going and using this site. My son is a huge Nascar fan and was super excited now anyone with an autistic child knows how my day is gonna go when I tell him we can't go because I don't have the money to buy last min seats way in the back I bought 9 row on the finish line for him to enjoy it now he is gonna be very upset. I was told in an email I would receive the tickets on March 11th I didn't get them sent email yesterday they said I would receive them by event but I'm not buying a parking pass drive all the way out there only to not get them that would really be a horrible thing to do to my son and a waste of time for me what kind of a company would expect their customers to trust them just like that I can't even get a real person to answer the darn phone here all weekend horrible I will never purchase anything and I want my money back thank God I bought insurance
