I just got my Delta-x after a long wait... unfortunately, the shipper di some minor damage and since their was a hole in the shipping box, parts were missing. One text and the new parts were on the way! No hassles, no having to contact the shipper... all of my concerns have been addressed within hours of my calls and texts. Thanks Alex!
Great customer service - Bike is a huge disappointment First bike arrived and after assembly there was a constant rattle (sounded like a broken screw) coming from the motor component. Other than the rattle this is an attractive bike that is very comfortable in size, weight, etc. for my petite wife. She loves the look, style and ride. But that darned rattle... Customer service was very helpful and after a few suggestions to fix the problem they agreed to send a replacement. So a good part of an afternoon was spent padding and re-boxing the original bike to be returned. Second bike arrives, gets assembled and there are problems with the controller not shifting, turning off and on by itself (wife riding up a hill and bike shuts down so there's no more pedal assist, lights or anything). Sometimes it will work, other times it won't. Again, customer service is top notch and they arrange to send a new controller and find a local bike shop to make the repairs. So a couple more weeks without a bike but it's fine. The wife loves the bike and since this will solve the problem, all good, it's worth the wait. Bike is done, rides with no issues for several weeks, wife has a big, big smile while riding this very good looking machine. Due to unforeseen circumstances we are not able to ride for about 4 weeks, our bikes sit in the garage waiting for us. Saturday morning, time to ride to the market and Galaxy 500 has no back brakes and front brake is very spongy. Air in the brake lines. This bike barely has 200 miles on it. I have a competitors ebike that was half the cost, has 1200 miles on it with out a lick of trouble (well, one flat tire). All electronics, components, brakes, etc. are operating as they should and I ride hard! I have been on dirt trails, gravel roads, jump curbs, etc. My wife rides below 20mph and her Galaxy bike has never been off city streets. I am so sick and tired of missing riding opportunities because my wife's bike doesn't work right. Customer service gets 5 stars. Style, size and design of bike gets 5 stars Reliability of components and overall bike gets zero stars. Overall rating is 2 stars. My advice, buy another brand unless frustration and disappointment are what you're looking for.

If you're looking for an electric bike please steer clear of this company they are very fraudulent and only care about the sale I had purchased a Aurora Limited with the enviolo automatic transmission for $3,800 and when I spoke to one of their agents on the phone before I purchased the bike they told me the bike was in perfect condition absolutely nothing was wrong with it and it only had 6 miles on it because it was test ridden and when I got the bike there was nothing but problems with it and those problems were the CO controller on the handlebar that controls the cadence that pairs up through Bluetooth with the enviolo rear transmission hub was broken in the automatic transmission gearbox that was broken also so nothing could be paired the bike did not shift the way it was supposed to shift automatically and when I called the company back they said don't worry about it we're going to give you a full refund just ship the bike back to us so I did ship the bike back to them it took three weeks before the bike was received to them because they kept on saying that one of their guys was in Hawaii and that the other one was out sick and then when they finally did intake the returned electric bike they took they're sweet time of a whole week just to inspect the bike and then finally gave me a refund The only gave me back $3,400 because they had the nerve to tell me that they charged me a $400 restocking fee on a bike that was not working properly and had broken parts and then I told him that this was unacceptable and they did not care so I did have to file a dispute with my bank and the BBB and the dispute is still going on and the company can care less about customer service they only care about being right and not by doing right by the customer and that only that steer clear of they're electric bikes because they're putting cheap parts on the bikes and then selling them for a premium price so do yourself a favor steer clear from this company if you do not want to deal with all the terrible customer service that I had to deal with and hopefully this review can help someone out and if it does then at least I was able to do some good.
Tip for consumers:
That the company lies about the quality of their electric bikes and that they also lie about the full refund money back guarantee and that their customer service is one of the worst out there and as soon as they sell you a bike they do not answer the phones and they do not care about you as a customer or by doing right by the customer and to me customers should always be their number one priority and to me that's what makes a business good
