If you're looking for an electric bike please steer clear of this company they are very fraudulent and only care about the sale I had purchased a Aurora Limited with the enviolo automatic transmission for $3,800 and when I spoke to one of their agents on the phone before I purchased the bike they told me the bike was in perfect condition absolutely nothing was wrong with it and it only had 6 miles on it because it was test ridden and when I got the bike there was nothing but problems with it and those problems were the CO controller on the handlebar that controls the cadence that pairs up through Bluetooth with the enviolo rear transmission hub was broken in the automatic transmission gearbox that was broken also so nothing could be paired the bike did not shift the way it was supposed to shift automatically and when I called the company back they said don't worry about it we're going to give you a full refund just ship the bike back to us so I did ship the bike back to them it took three weeks before the bike was received to them because they kept on saying that one of their guys was in Hawaii and that the other one was out sick and then when they finally did intake the returned electric bike they took they're sweet time of a whole week just to inspect the bike and then finally gave me a refund The only gave me back $3,400 because they had the nerve to tell me that they charged me a $400 restocking fee on a bike that was not working properly and had broken parts and then I told him that this was unacceptable and they did not care so I did have to file a dispute with my bank and the BBB and the dispute is still going on and the company can care less about customer service they only care about being right and not by doing right by the customer and that only that steer clear of they're electric bikes because they're putting cheap parts on the bikes and then selling them for a premium price so do yourself a favor steer clear from this company if you do not want to deal with all the terrible customer service that I had to deal with and hopefully this review can help someone out and if it does then at least I was able to do some good.
That the company lies about the quality of their electric bikes and that they also lie about the full refund money back guarantee and that their customer service is one of the worst out there and as soon as they sell you a bike they do not answer the phones and they do not care about you as a customer or by doing right by the customer and to me customers should always be their number one priority and to me that's what makes a business good
