I purchased MS Office 2010 Pro via download. The entire transaction went exactly as described on their website. I put the product in my shopping cart, checked out. EValue sent me a confirmation email immediately. About an hour later, I received a link to the download along with a product key. The download, install and activation went smoothly. I am pleased with the transaction and would do business with eValue again.

I don't understand technology very well. The customer service helped me out. My pc is set up with the software I needed and the price was great too. When they were out of what I ordered, they sent me an upgrade.
I needed to get Windows 7 Pro for a laptop and fortunately this company had it, because Microsoft will no longer sell it to you. I placed the order and within a couple of hours had the software downloaded on my system and was ready to go.

Especially helpful was the hint to download the software with something other than Internet Explorer, since it was prone to cause errors. Product key and order confirmation e-mails were received within an hour of placing the order.
Toll-free phone numbers to call in case of problems were provided, as were any other details should a problem arise and helpful hints to ensure a good installation. No problems were encountered.
I would definitely use their services again.
I ordered office 2010 student and home. I had the download in an hour. Very quick and easy!
They offer a great price, and everything works well.
My only issue is that the download isn't available immediately. It took two to three hours before I could start the installation.

Very efficient. I purchased MS Office 2010 for business and they upgraded me to business plus. As I live in the Atlantic time zone I had to wait for mountain time for the order to be processed but it was very fast after 9 a.m. mountain time. I really appreciated the helpful guidelines on the installation regarding the best web browser to use and other recommendations. Without this the installation may not have been so smooth. Very satisfied.

I needed to buy, at least a newer version of MS Office, than what I already have for school. I didn't want Office 365 or 2013 so I googled a student version of Office 2010 and evaluesoftware came up first. Having not ever used them before I was skeptical but I bought a downloadable copy anywhere for a reasonable price. I am pleasantly surprised with them and will continue using them when the need arises. Great job!

Liked the ease of making and downloading the purchased software. One small caveat: the process of sending the key and links is a little cumbersome and slow. It was not an issue for me at all, but some might be impatient with it.
