I ordered my software (Outlook 2010) on a Friday of a three day holiday weekend at 4:00 in the afternoon Evaluesoftware.com's time. They warned me that they would not be able to process my download that day. Unfortunately, the "next day" was three calendar days away. I understood that, and it was no problem since I really was not in a ruch for the software. On Tuesday morning (first workday after the holiday), I still did not receive a download like. I called them and they apologized, saying that it had already sent. They resent it and I received it 15 minutes later. Through out the process I was afraid that I might get an education copy, since less expensive copies of Outlook were being sold with educational packages being delivered. Evaluationsoftware.com informed me that my software was back ordered, but, get this, they substituded a complimentary full version of Office Professional 2010 (the whole suite) in order to make up for the lack of Outlook. So, after all is said and done, they are the real thing. I had courteous and efficient service, and any delays were due to the unfortunate timing of having ordered just before closing time on a three day weekend. Thet even provided telephone support for downloading and installing Office, since I had already installed one or two parts of it at the 2010 level, although I was missing other components, and only had Word and Excel at the 2007 level.

I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Thank you for your detailed instructions re the download of Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Student.

Everything went well and each of my programs is working like a charm.

While I did remove version 2007, I opted to leave Office 2003 (full version) installed, as I have a Publisher App and a Front Page App that I'm still using to upload to two Web sites I edit. So far there is not a conflict.

I also ran Microsoft Updates and received 27 on the first pass and 14 on the second pass with zero on the third pass.

At first I was a little hesitant to order software from this site because the prices seemed too good to be true. After reading other customer reviews, I decided to purchase a download copy of Microsoft Project Standard 2010 to replace my current 2003 version. Later in the day I received an email saying that they were out of stock of the "standard" version, yet gave me a free upgrade to Microsoft Project Professional 2010 at no extra charge. I downloaded and successfully installed a full retail version of the software. I am one happy camper!

I ordered a software download. The price was the best I could find shopping around the web. When I ordered it, it was out of stock, apparently, so I was upgraded free of charge. I had some trouble with the verification code after downloading the software, and it was nearing closing time on a Friday night. I sent an email to customer service asking for advice, and I called. The customer service tech clearly and helpfully walked me though what to do, and two additional techs responded to my email over the weekend. Phenomenal service all around.
