I bought two electric soldering irons, when they arrived, one was well used, probably a faulty returned item. I complained and received an offensive reply. Eventually etwist agreed on a return, then told me no way would I get a refund. Then a pre paid return label arrived, which I used. One month later, nothing. I emailed and etwist told me it had not been returned. I provided proof, still nothing, no response. Where does this leave me? Out of pocket and will never use etwist again. BETTER TO STICK WITH USING AMAZON..
Order items that never arrived two weeks before Christmas, refused a refund and ignoring all my emails! Please avoid at all costs:-(
