Ordered a 500 euro amplifier, paid a premium for two day delivery. Four days later, still not dispatched, not answering emails. Luckily paid by paypal who will sort this out. I would recommend buying elsewhere if you want to get your order!

I bought two electric soldering irons, when they arrived, one was well used, probably a faulty returned item. I complained and received an offensive reply. Eventually etwist agreed on a return, then told me no way would I get a refund. Then a pre paid return label arrived, which I used. One month later, nothing. I emailed and etwist told me it had not been returned. I provided proof, still nothing, no response. Where does this leave me? Out of pocket and will never use etwist again. BETTER TO STICK WITH USING AMAZON..
