Straight forward installation. A bolt template would be very helpful and all bolt holes on winch were not able to be used with bolts supplied. Once installed, very nice set up.
I ordered the hitch at 2:00 in the afternoon and it was shipped the sam day. They responded quickly to my question by email and the hitch arrived when promised. You can't ask for more than that. Very happy đź‘Ť

We lost a towing mirror when we were on the road. We chose a new set from etrailer and had them delivered to a friend that lived along the way. We paid for expedited delivery and they came when promised. I wish that I hadn't gotten the 2 part mirror with the convex extension. It is harder to use that the simple extended one.
