This is the second hitch that I've purchased through etrailer. Prior to ordering I chatted with an agent regarding one of my add-ons. Once I confirmed that it was the right one, I placed my order and was pleasantly surprised to see that it would be delivered in just a couple days. I looked on Amazon and based on their price, I had to look shop around. Glad I did, found a ladder with better reviews for over $100 less. I guess it still pays to shop. Other than the price, the ladder seems to be very solid and works great with my Class A Motor home the way it folds up makes it fit very well in the the bays underneath the coach. The weight is very manageable. Worth the price, I think so The time to get it was even quicker than they said it would be. I believe it said 3-5 days standard shipping and I received it in 2 days. Quicker than Amazon ship time of 4 days.
Installation on my 2023 wrx was very easy,if yoi have all the right tools. Instructions were very clear and hardware was all there.

I had ordered three locks that were supposed to be keyed alike. The locks I initially received were keyed differently. ETrailer quickly corrected the mixup by sending three locks that were keyed alike. Good to see responsive Customer Service. From Etrailer.
