Just a friendly advice if you're from EU - the plug for EU is not compatible for our pockets so you'll need to buy yourself one. Still haven't used the wand but from the few seconds that I turned it on it seemed pretty much same as my esthetician has - only home version.

My wife likes to use skin care products and when she got this. It was nicely packaged and felt really good. She wears a thin layer of gauze over her whole face when she uses it so that she can move it around in circles more easily (avoid using it on eyelids). So far, she really likes it and if you are interested in skin care like my wife is I highly recommend buying this for yourself.

My daughter refused to take any pills or use anything topical on her skin, so it was tasked to find an alternative for her. After searching online, I found this product and bought it on a whim. After convincing her to use it (she was deathly afraid of the thing!), she absolutely LOVES the wand. She uses it religiously, and her skin went to very acne-ridden to beautifully clear. As a teenager, this has been a life changer for her.

I never really wrote reviews but this has been a life changer for me. I get really bad acne and this is the only this that has helped! I've done all the creams x curology, and even other high frequency product ripoffs but when my esthetician told me this brand was different I had to try it. And I have not been disappointed

The argon wand separated from the argon with minimal pressure. The Hydra dermabrasion does not emit water with all of the included inter changeable heads.

Thanks eternal clear for refunding the amount. I waited for nearly 9 months, but am glad you made it sure that you wouldn't disappoint your customers.

The product was good, I noticed improvement with skin and hair when I was consistent. However. My product stopped working within less than a year. I think that product warranty's should be offered if this is a common occurence, especially when Amazon has much cheaper alternatives that have near identical designs.

Ordered on 22nd sept 2023. 2 weeks later, no news on shipping. The website said 24 hour shipping. I emailed 3 times, IG DM & commented asking for cancellation. Never got a reply. I have just gone to their website- and it has been completely removed. They owe me $200.

Took a long time for shipping. Product is very small but I haven't tried it yet.

Great product. Recommend. Not many beauty/anti-aging products actually work, but this one does! I can see and feel my face, jaw, and neck tightening. I'm afraid to leave this at home while traveling abroad! WORKS. I live in the UK and shipping from the US was faster than expected.

I got an email that said it was supposed to be delivered earlier than it was. I tinted the order to make it in time for a consolidation service to me sent to me in the Philippines but it was delivered late so I had to pay a separate fee

I never review. But I had to. I wanted to write this because I truly believe this tool can help so many people who are struggling with breakouts! I've tried everything and nothing works faster. This kills bacteria on the skin's surface. In just a few uses, I saw amazing results. After 5-6 days, my skin looks and feels great! Thank you for this low-cost tool that works. I can't wait to try more of their products!

This company uses aggressive Facebook advertising with fake reviews. After I made the purchase I realized that the reviews and product photos on their website were from other product's Amazon reviews. These products were a similar device selling at a third of what Eternally Clear is. The wand itself arrived, the quality doesn't seem great for the high price tag. What got me really frustrated was that the reading materials that the website claim are included in the box; a guide, instructions, and support manual were missing. I contacted the company to ask if I could have these materials sent to me and received no response. I then requested to return the item, the website states a 10 day return policy then they responded refusing to accept my return. They say that they do not send manuals with the product and will not accept my return. This is not a good company to deal with, I suggest purchasing yours from the company on Amazon that they have taken the reviews from. You will save a lot of money, receive all of the said included materials, and be able to return it if you aren't satisfied. Other companies also offer a warranty. I hope to bring awareness to a dishonest business and help others from making bad shopping impulses.

I got the high frequency wand and used it every other day to stimulate my skin. I used it twice a week. My skin was definitely stimulated and looks younger. Nobody believes I am 71. When I had a problem with the wand they sent me a replacement immediately without asking questions and without asking for the original wand back! Rarely do we see such service. Great team.

My skins never been so clear and I've only used it less than two weeks. I can't wait to continue seeing results. I don't get new breakouts anymore and it's quick to heal redness and scars. The company also responds quick and was very helpful.

I've tried a lot of high frequency machines to help clear up my skin is this by far the best. It's super easy to use and the serums really helped.

At first I was disappointed, since it took 4 months to arrive, but it was worth the waiting. I use 3 or 4 times a week, in circular motion and I have seen how my skin glows, looks younger and the black stains are almost gone. I totally recommend the wand in combination with the vitamin c product and daily face cream.
