Etechtronics

Do NOT do business with etechtronics.com. I recently ordered a laptop battery from them. When it showed up it was not the correct type of battery. It was listed as Li-ion on both the site and invoice, yet it was a much cheaper Ni-MH. I complained and this is how they replied (below). They want me to return it at my expense so they can give me credit on their site minus the original shipping charges. This is unacceptable. I will just keep the battery, as it will work in my laptop although it won't last as long as the one I ordered.

Body: I just received my order for "Toshiba Satellite 1605CDS Li-ion Battery 4000mAh Dark grey (CS-TO1600NB) (PA3031, PA3031U, PA3031U-1BAS, PA3031U-1BRS, PA3031URS) (3rd Party OEM Compatible)" and was very disappointed to see that it is NOT a Li-ion battery. It is a Ni-MH. What will you do about this?
