It's been an interesting process. On bidder gave me a price and after I informed her I will accept her bid, she tried the Bait and Switch method on me and raised the price. I declined her bid and she asked me to give her wiggle room. I said no. I don't like that. I spent a lot of time vetting the 17 bidders. She was the chosen one but turned out to be a disappointment. I am hoping my new bidder I chose don't try doing the same. Wish me luck.
