I had a final paper that needed to be submitted by 8/22 I reached out on 8/16 my final paper already was written just needed to be touched up. I did not get no text about the progress of my paper. I had to reach out to check the status because the due date was a day before, and I have not heard anything. When I did speak with her. She said my paper will be done before the deadline. It was finish close to the cut off time. On top of that I could not submit the paper because it was flagging AI I had to quickly write my paper which I could have done from the beginning. I am very disappointed in the work.
