Easy, fast and pleasant experience always. Colors are rich and vibrant, instructions for set up are easy to follow, overall great experience.
Before delivery: So far this has been much easier than other sites I've tried that were a little cheaper overall.
Once delivered:The banner was perfect thank you! And thank you for being cost effective since I was the only parent to pitch in to buy it. We're on a strict budget here in our house but still want to support our child this summer at the Pride Parade here in Moorhead / Fargo area. The 15 kids (mostly 13 - 14 year-olds) in the group were very excited to see the banner that they'll be carrying. You've made their summer!

Obviously what I asked for and what I thought I was getting were two different things. Turns out the word Runner was not a Throw. I had no clue about terminology and photos were not correct for what I was looking at.
Love the banners and the quickness to get them. They always through professional.
