So far so good. My only complaint is the lack of information related to the sign. I couldn't find anything that talked about the durability of my sign, so I'm going with fingers crossed. ** Update ** received my signs in the mail and their are several issues. The letter spacing on the words is not correct (some letters are too close together - touching actually - and some are further apart. Within the same word.) When I contacted customer service they informed me that if I wanted the letters spaced correctly I should have zoomed in on my picture proof (to see how they would look) and then added spaces, accordingly. I'm not a graphic designer (if I was, I wouldn't be using a free website to design my product) and as an amateur, I have NO idea how I would have known that I needed to add 2 or 3 spaces between individual letters in a word. I typed the word, exactly as I wanted it written and *mistakenly* assumed the letter spacing would be correct when printed. Additionally, some of my print went off the side of the banner. I'll admit this is an error on my part in design, but again, being an amateur it would sure be nice if they'd add a crop box or something to show you what will actually print on the banner and what will be consumed in the 1-inch border. Lastly, my banner arrived with two small holes in it. They were willing to replace this issue - free of charge - but because I also wanted to make lettering changes, I was going to have to pay the return shipping price. To be honest, at $15 shipping fee, I expected it to come well packaged and protected from damage. All in all - the banner will work. However, I ordered 2 at $60/each (with shipping) and in hindsight, probably should have just gone with Amazon, which was half the price and guaranteed satisfaction.

We had posters printed on corrugated plastic to use in conjunction with A-frames we previously purchased from eSigns for our first year student events.

The signs turned out better than expected. Sometimes you have insecurities about ordering online; eSigns provided a first-class product. The cost was comparable to having it done in-house; however, due to time constraints we chose to go off-campus and eSigns met all of our expectations from printing to delivery timeline.

We would definitely use eSigns for future services. Thank you - job well done!
