When entering the building the person in the main lobby, where the entrance sign pointed to, slammed the door shut on me as I tried to enter. That person then pointed to the other door, that had the sign pointing to the door I was at. That same person "welcomed" us and was rude and ignorant. They cut our time because we were a few minutes late, but did not tell us. We would have been able to get out if they had not docked us 15 minutes. Yea I understand we were late. If there person(now I come to find was the owner) would have said anything about the reduction of time I would have explained that we had a 1 hour drive that ended up taking 1.5 hours. Also we were not delaying another group since we were the last time frame for that room for the night. Also we were not holding any employees late because they still had other rooms still running. This is horrible customer service. I would not recommend this to anyone amd would go further to say no one should ever go to this escape room. There are many other better places that will treat you with respect. This was not our first time doing an escape room we have done over 90 at this point. Again anyone looking for a good time this is not the place
