EReplacementParts had the part I needed and shipped it fast, and even had a guide on how to install.
The tension spring I ordered fit perfectly and was exactly what I needed to fix my issue, part came fast and in time for the project I was gonna do.
My chain saw needed a new carburetor and as usual I called on ereplacements and they set me up quick, chain saw runs great now.
Ordered part for lawn mower, received it promply, fit perfect. Great service, Fast delivery. What else is there. My opinion, SUPER COMPANY. C. W.
The brushes for the dewalt 1/4 in inpack went in and work good. Thank you. Great place to buy parts.
I received the parts in less than a week and were exactly what I needed since I am a roofing contractor and live by my tools I needed it right away
Only eReplacement Parts had the Toro weed eater cap I needed. I couldn't even find it on Toro online
Parts are OEM and look and fit as expected. I have a 20 year old Lawnboy and it still runs like new, so I replace parts as they wear out.
Just What I Ordered. Everything Was There And Also Fitted. No Problems Here. Fast Service Great Product.
Will Do Business Again.
Regards
David
I order a fuel line bushing for a gas tank and receive a 3/8 hex head nut. The package was label correct by manufactor, but a add on label was wrong.
Will buy from this company anytime I need Auto Parts.
I highly recommend this company to anyone that is a DIY'er!
Working with the associate Dave he found exactly what I needed and walk the right through the process great job Dave
Was told package was shipped on July 27, when in fact it was not shipped till the 30th.
Other than that am satisified.
I originally wrote a 1-star negative review. However, ystrdy eve the order came in my mailbox. I give the company 3 stars due to the major technical difficulties they seem to be having right now. You can read my original review below. Mechanically they did fine; received my order, charged my card, fulfilled my order and shipped it within a few days. Technologically the company is having issues that is unfortunately negatively affecting their business. I would give 3.5 stars if it was an available selection.

Ordered 2 simple parts for a worm-drive circular saw on 07/28/2020. eReplacementParts.com website said over 24 units(for ea part) were in stock and normally ship within 1 - 2 days.
First, I never received email confirmation of my order.
On Aug. 2 I tried to track my order thru their website, yet the website could not find my order. Funny, my C-Card was charged right away. I tried calling the cust. Srvc. No. On their website and the different ph. No. That was on my order. Neither ph no. Had a live person to speak to and they send you back to the web-site. I go back to website and they can't find my order.
I email them explaining situation. No response is sent. I email them'canceling' my order, again, no response.
In spite of this Covid-19 issue, this business is in dire need of an immediate, massive make-over. Frankly, I can't trust a website that completely ignores customers that have already paid for their merchandise. I needed these parts quickly yet all this company did was delay me for a week with zero correspondence. They get a big F on every level and I won't be ordering from them again. My advice is to stay away.
I have a Craftsman weed wacker and needed a new gas tank. Perfect fit and replacement. Low cost and resonable shipping time.
Tried to cancel the item I ordered and was unable to do so. Web site is not easy to navagate. Phone #'s do not work. Will not use in the furture.
I received prompt and accurate service in spite of a backorder and Covid 19 delays. The backorder was filled within a couple of weeks. Thanks
Purchased a dewalt magazine for dcn692 nailer and only received a plastic cover which is a piece of the nail magazine.
Once I cancelled the back ordered parts the order came through OK. Otherwise I am happy. Glad that ereplacement parts has Shimano reel parts
I have an older (2007) Karcher pressure washer model K2.26M 1.601-602 which has held up really well until recently. I mixed up a soap solution and placed the suction tube in as usual and switched on the washer. There seemed to be some soap spraying from the spray wand when triggered but I noticed my soap solution bucket was getting more full by the minute. I pulled the clear hose from the bucket and noticed clear water running out of the hose that was supposed to only suck in my soap solution. So I assumed there may be a problem with a valve that controls this function. I looked a the eReplacementParts diagram and then located the Detergent Inlet Assembly Part Number 9.755-183.0 and placed an order. Around a week later I got an email saying that this part was not available but was placed on back order. It finally came in a couple of weeks later and I started the disassembly of the PW. Disassembly of the housing required a long shank torx screwdriver to separate the housing in half, remove the U-clip from the pressure hose outlet for outlet pipe removal, then remove the 4 large allen screws from the washer piston head to free up removal of the shield covering the detergent inlet assembly which has the clear tube attached to it. With clear hose and shield removed I used pliers to grip the old assembly and twist and pull to break the old seal until it came out. Now you can install the new assembly in the reverse order that all was removed. Be careful as the head assembly is spring loaded as you place the 4 head screws back into place. I finished reassembling the PW, connected it to the water hose, plugged it in, turned it on and squeezed the trigger and placed my finger over the clear detergent suction tube and now noticed a slight suction only when the trigger was activated for applying soap from the wand. So the fix was a success and returned my old PW to usable status.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional
Answer: Jacks Small Engine is a good source for small engine parts. Baileys Outdoor Power Equipment is where I get my chain saw parts.
Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
