I received the correct parts that I ordered in a very short amount of time, but I had ordered 6 and only 4 were received, After contacting the company via e-mail, after 3-5 business days, when I received credit for the unshipped parts, I will reorder the rother two parts. This is the second time I have dealt with this company and they have been responsive and quick to handle my business.

Ordered two identical wheels for my lawn mower. Company sent two different wheels. When I called 10-12 times I got a recording stating they could not take my call. Could not arrange a return through the web site. Sent two emails, no response to either. Been two weeks since I received the delivery.
Items never arried - takes MORE weeks only tp pack and send. Unbeliefable high shipment and so nothing arrived. Mails never be replayed too - once and never again! Better to buy a new then order something there
I needed to replace the deteriorated line on my 20 year old Ryobi lawn trimmer. EReplacementParts had the correct diameter lines to fit the trimmer perfectly. I had previously purchase a lower priced fuel line from a different supplier that was an incorrect diameter though it match my Ryobi model number in the description. Fuel leaked and I could not use the trimmer. EReplacementParts however had the exact match for my trimmer. I'd recommend them and will use them again myself for my other small engine parts.
I used the "Find Parts Fast" feature, entered the model number of my saw, and selected the part is said would fit. Turned out that it actually doesn't fit my saw. I inquired about returning the part and was told that I was responsible for the return shipping cost EVEN THO THEIR SYSTEM TOLD ME THE PART WOULD FIT! They told me the return shipping cost was $5.95 that would be deducted from my refund and sent a return label. I returned the part and just received confirmation of my refund and noticed that they deducted an additional $9.18 "EXPEDITED" rate that I was NEVER told about. This whole thing wreaks of a SCAM and I am BEYOND frustrated!
My part never arrived (order *******). I tried to call to see what they could do, but their recording says that they aren't taking calls like this due to coronavirus. I don't usually post a bad review w/o giving the vendor a chance to make it right, but I don't know what else to do here.
I spoke with a caring, concerned customer service associate, who was able to assure the replacement part I was ordering would work in my fan, even though the Hunter Fan Corp could not provide me with a compatible part (it sent the wrong part, then told me the part no longer was available). I will be contracting eReplacementParts first the next time I need an appliance replacement part.

Received my Penn SS 4400, 4500, and 5500, handles very quickly. The original handles do not bend like the replacements that never need anything but cleaning - no paint. I also upgraded my handle knobs to the ergonomic ball type with double bearings.
The belt I ordered is too small and I need to return it I followed the return directions and there was no option to create an rma or start a return so I tried calling customer service and got a message that due to covid19 returns are being processed vis the website so I tried searching for my order again but still was unable to locate a return option. I sent an email to customer service yesterday afternoon and requested an rma so now I am waiting to hear something back from them

I received a broken 2800PSI power washer from my daughter. I checked and found I could buy a new carburetor for it. The carburetor arrived, I installed it and the washer started on the first pull. I planned to take it back to my daughter, but she also gave me a concrete cleaner attachment she had. So I tried it, and could not put it down. Driveway, front walk and concrete patio now look brand new. Wow. I never thought I needed a power washer, but now I do not want to return it to her. I love the washer just like the battery weed whip I repaired and the electric leaf blower/vacuum that I love in the fall. All turned from trash into wonderful tools thanks to parts from eReplacementParts.

Ordered 2 spark plugs for my sons husqvarna chain saw on 3/10/20, on 4/13/20, I received a package with 2 emty contaiers that said plug made in china and some numbers problem is there was nothing inside. If this is somebodies idea of a joke, I'm not laughing. Jared stanfield homer, il.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
