Well... the part I ordered arrived in a timely matter. But it did not fit. I contacted customer service to get the correct part but I never really got a response or someone who wanted to help me. I also sent detailed photos of the chain saw. All I got was some auto form to start the process for a refund. Thought that was rather odd that you did not want to save the sale and poor customer service.

I called ereplacement about the poles because I had read a review about one order not being enough. The customer service lady said it was one set. She was wrong. It was one pole. They need to know what they are selling.

After much searching and review, I found that the best replacement part and price was with eReplacement. The quick service and delivery confirmed my decision. The weed eater now runs as well if not better than it did when it was new. This was the right part at the best price.

Easy enough to find and order the part I need. Unfortunately, it has been 15 days and I still have not received it. I know USPS has some problems, but really? 2 weeks and still nothing!

I was referred by the manufacturer and easily ordered my replacement nozzle for my power washer, after some delay in stock, I received the part in perfect condition and ready to use.

I have been waiting for a response on returning a chainsaw chain the part was pictured correct but when it came it was wrong it had the correct part # on the packaging the return page doesn't give me an option for wrong part in packaging and i don't think I should have to pay to return it

My last order was missing one part, the empty bag was in the package but NO part, The worst parts of this all is you cant contact anyone to let them know about your issue, This is very frustrating when you need the part you ordered and you can't talk to someone about your problem. You need a better way for customer issues!

I was surprised that you processed my payment on order entry, for an item that was on backorder from your supplier. Have never had anyone charge me before the item was shipped.

Amazed how easily I was able to find the exact same part I broke the self propell control levers on my husqvarna lawnmower and received much quicker than i had expected got it installed quickly and easily mowing again before the week was up

Receiving parts, I have used your services in the past and have been well pleased with the time it took to receive the parts ordered, this time it was over a week before I received them, I realize you shipped them the same day or the day after. Due to Mr. DeJoy's reduction in the postal service it took quite a while to get them to Cincinnati.

I have an old walk behind Sears mower that needed a replacement belt. Was able to find the right part quickly on the website. It was delivered on 3 days and fit perfectly. Very satisfied repeat customer!

Photo is of the 1 that needed replacement because my grill wouldn't fire up. New regulator resolved that issue.
