Ordered in April-received in August. Never knew when order would ship. Poor communication. Tried to email for info-received a reply that they had emailed me. Never saw anything updating me on my order. Will try other ways to order before I come back here as last resort. Once product received, happy with the quality.

Finding replacement bulb can be a problem. Couldn't find right size for older lantern in box stores. Looked up model number on Google, your site popped up and found what we needed. It arrived in 10 days and our emergency lantern works like new.
