Ordered parts, no where through the purchase process did it say that the items I ordered could not be returned. My request for a return was denied and my follow up on why my return was denied was totally ignored. Will never order from this site again.
I tried to call to arrange for replacement parts to be sent but got a message saying due to covid no calls are being taken (poor excuse as it's several months into the pandemic and you should have sorted this out by now). The message directed me to your website which only provided the option of processing a return. I wanted to process a replacement so I emailed to ask how to facilitate this. That was a week ago and I still have not received a reply. So I sent back the damaged parts. Guess my only option is to repurchase now.
Damage was caused because the items were poorly packaged.

The pic of the replacement lid for my express pot showed a steam release knob which was all that I needed and the representative that I spoke to confirmed that it was included but when I finally received the lid it was not included so basically I just wasted my money and time using this company would not recommend
I ordered a part for my Sears Craftsman lawn mower over two months ago. It was a bracket that held the mower wheel. I received over the course of two months three separate shipments of an O-ring with same part number. Each time I received the incorrect part, I called the company and explained that it was the incorrect part. And each time, the staff person agreed that it was incorrect part and would get the correct part out to me right away. After the third o-ring, I decided the cancel the order. The staff was very nice that I spoke with but apparently the people in the warehouse we're unable to get the part number straightened out. I finally had to cancel the order and have a bracket sent from another company.
I needed to repair an old but very good fishing reel and I found the part at eReplacementParts. After I placed the order, it was shipped shortly after. I ended not needing the part, so I returned it. I am very happy that the refund was processed in a timely manner which gives me confidence to shop at eReplacementParts again.
Thank goodness you carry the canner parts. They are for my a Mom's canner from the 70's. Now I can still use it, along with mine from the 80's. When I'm canning big time it's nice to have two to use. Thanks again!

One of the components was taking time for them to get they got a hold of me and offered a refund but they were the only ones that carried that part I could find, I told them I'd wait a week later all the parts were delivered, thank you very much
Part was deliver after 3 months my order was canceled and they still charge me and deliver part after many emails never receive reply or order status costumer service terrible
Price for the part I wanted was good but the part I got was for a different model number, when I tried to order the correct one again this time sending a picture of the model you said you don; t have that one. I'll try again at a later date.
Needed a dial for my our LG stove. Found eReplacementParts on line, entered the stove information. Website gave me a choice of two models, I picked the one closest to the one that I needed. Now mamma is real happy.
I again needed to find a Trivet for a 22 qt. Presto Pressure Canner. Again eReplacement had the part. I recommend eReplacementParts to everyone that is in search of that elusive part.
Everything is good, except for the info in the web, needs more accure. For example, I order a glass jar for my Oster blender. In the web looks the same, but when I received is different size, we need sized the parts. My jar button zise is 3.5 inches, total diferent that you offer in the web. Thanks
The local hardware stores could not help me replace the broken part on my

I have ordered twice in the last few months for my 9 year old Craftsman mower. The parts arrived quickly and were exactly what I needed. This is a great company for mower parts.
Good option for Craftsman mowers since Sears isn't around for parts anymore. Had what I needed at a very fair price. Local supplier for small engine repairs went out of business for some reason so now have to rely online.

The parts were a perfect fit. It took a little longer than I was told to receive my parts but it's to be expected with this pandemic going on.
Ordered this on Aug 18 to be over night shipped and did not receive until the 28th of Aug. It made it 100 miles from me then was sent back the other way and ended up picking it up 25 miles from me at a FedX place! But it was the right part, Just needed it 9 days Earlier, should have been refunded shipping. But have not been able to reach E Replacement on phone the message on phone says due to covid19, really on the phone, not gonna catch anything!
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
