When I need parts, I always start here because; If not here then nowhere (unless you want to pay by "an arm or a leg").

9 times out of 10, my part(s) are shipped out same day I ordered them.

Never, ever had a problem with this company and that would be difficult for me to say at other sites I've tried.

Had the parts I needed. Arrived in a timely manner. So glad to have a place to go for my lawnmower parts. They were an exact match. Very happy with their service. Highly recommend ordering parts from them.

I ordered a part for a dremel rotary tool. I paid for the part and more than the cost for delivery to Singapore, as indicated on my confirmation email. The tracking by USPS indicates delivery to Lewisville TX. Tried emailing but mails bounce back undelivered. I have no way of letting the company know. Hope this helps.
I am completely unsatisfied with the incompetence. I would like a refund of almost $100.

I totally forgot I used them before! Hallelujah for a non-auction based seller providing parts I need that aren't from the remote reaches of the planet. I love that they provide a grid to help me size things and I can purchase with confidence. This purchase saved my Krups coffee maker. I already installed the part, so I cannot provide photos of it. I was desperate to get my machine back up and running.

Seller cancelled part of order but but not shipping then the part was eventuaaly shipped from texas and I was charged again dor shipping of same product. Looks like poor control of their shipping and service department. I don't think I will get the second shipping charge refunded.

Ordered brushes for my dewalt grinder. It was easy to lookup the model and find the right part. Ordered them and they can in a few days. Fit as they should and grinder is back working. Would definitely use ereplacement parts again.

The tune-up kit that I purchased worked great. My leaf blower was running slow. A friend said I may need a tune- up. I went online and purchased one from your website. I watched a video on their website to see where the fuel filter was located. It actually was in the gas tank and not an inline filter. The whole process to replace the sparkplug, air and fuel filter took 10 minutes. The leaf blower is running like new again.

I have a Charbroil grill and needed to replace the grill cooking grates I could not find anywhere not even the store that sold them or the big online companies They were two sections of the grates I found them on ereplacements parts they were back order but I received them 3 to 4 weeks I was very satisfied with service I had called when they inform me part was back ordered they were very helpful over the phone I would order from them again

When I lost the basket lid to my electric coffee percolator, I packed it away and forgot all about it until one day when I was sorting through boxes in one of our outbuildings. Frustrated for so long with barely warm, weak coffee made in our conventional drip coffee makers, I longed for a good, hot cup of coffee as I remembered the percolator making. Started searching on the internet for a replacement lid, and finally found the right one on your site. It arrived in good time, and even my husband, who seldom notices differences in coffee taste or strength, was impressed with how much better it tasted from the percolator. Thanks!

I needed a PCB for my Breville Toaster Oven. E Replacements had 3 items listed, but 2 were obsolete and only one available. I ordered the PCB and when it arrived, it had a similar form-factor but the control knobs and wiring were not the same to my PCB. I submitted an RMA and the company created a return shipping label and provided a full refund including shipping. Outstanding for a company to provide return shipping, a full refund including shipping cost.

I put in my part number for my recumbent exercise bike. It popped up with a universal AC Adaptor. So I ordered what the results came back with after putting in the part number. Only to receive it and it didn't work for my bike. When I called to return item, the call representative was rude.

Ordered and paid for parts that were "in stock" 2 weeks ago, that were to be delivered "4-5" business days later. Still no parts, no money, and no response after multiple attempts to contact them. Complete scam.

I needed a part for a older model kitchen appliance that was listed as unavailable on almost all parts sites. eReplacement.com listed the part as on backorder. The wait was several months and they kept informed of the difficulty obtaining the part. Finally came in. The price was very reasonable. Without this business my pricey older model food processor would be useless. Thank you folks.

I tried to go to a company sight to get common parts.
Found replacement parts in the lineup from the search engine. Went there first and found they had factory parts from all the major brands of tools, kitchen items, washer/dryer parts, lawnmower parts, and more, at really great prices.
With the ability to chuse how fast you need it delivered (for a price of corse). For the D I Y person or a company repair person, this is the place to get your parts... I'm definitely keeping them in my tool box for my parts warehouse people...

Other than it taking over a month to get the parts it is a great store. Everything in the order was correct, but as previously indicated the equipment was down for over a month waiting for the parts. We even received emails asking for a review before the parts arrived. Will probably use them again as everything else was perfect.

I have used ereplacement parts.com twice in the last two weeks and have been amazed at the service they provide. I needed a knob for a Toro snowblower, and an ejection adapter for a Dewalt planer. They had both items in stock and I received them immediately. The Toro part was shipped immediately, the hour the day I ordered it. The Toro part they held for me, as I live near their physical site and was able to personally pick up the part to save on shipping. I ordered by phone and they had a no problem accommodating my unique request. I am very impressed in two ways: First, at the extensive inventory of brand (not after market) parts they obviously have in stock, and Second, at the level of service - immediate shipping for one item and their ability to accommodate a special request to hold the other part so I could pick it up personally. I was not aware of ereplacement parts.com before this but they will certainly be the first place I turn to when I need to replace an item in the future. They really provide an excellent service.
