I have a Charbroil grill and needed to replace the grill cooking grates I could not find anywhere not even the store that sold them or the big online companies They were two sections of the grates I found them on ereplacements parts they were back order but I received them 3 to 4 weeks I was very satisfied with service I had called when they inform me part was back ordered they were very helpful over the phone I would order from them again

Seller cancelled part of order but but not shipping then the part was eventuaaly shipped from texas and I was charged again dor shipping of same product. Looks like poor control of their shipping and service department. I don't think I will get the second shipping charge refunded.

I ordered a part for a dremel rotary tool. I paid for the part and more than the cost for delivery to Singapore, as indicated on my confirmation email. The tracking by USPS indicates delivery to Lewisville TX. Tried emailing but mails bounce back undelivered. I have no way of letting the company know. Hope this helps.
I am completely unsatisfied with the incompetence. I would like a refund of almost $100.

The tune-up kit that I purchased worked great. My leaf blower was running slow. A friend said I may need a tune- up. I went online and purchased one from your website. I watched a video on their website to see where the fuel filter was located. It actually was in the gas tank and not an inline filter. The whole process to replace the sparkplug, air and fuel filter took 10 minutes. The leaf blower is running like new again.

I am very happy to order my parts for all my weedeaters, chainsaws, hedgetrimmers, blowers, lawn mowers, chipper shredder, and the rest of my yard business equipment. They have the parts I need and the parts fit right. Ereplacements is a great company to do business with. Since they have the right parts and fast shipping, there is hardly any downtime with your equipment. If they do not have the parts, the other companies will not have it either. Do not be afraid to contact them because maybe the part number was changed and that is the reason it is no longer available. They will usually show the old part number and the new part number. Echo and Shindaiwa is a prime example. If you buy good name brand equipment, your chances increase on them having the parts you need. I always buy extra parts and keep on hand spares. When I use a part, I order another so I will always have a spare.
This prevents downtime and allows you to keep making money! It is always good to have a spare string trimmer, lawnmower, hedgetrimmer, chainsaw, etc... if you have the space and your budget allows it.

Business was helpful, found parts I needed, but they did not work on my machine. I'm hoping that return process goes smoothly.

Ordered brushes for my dewalt grinder. It was easy to lookup the model and find the right part. Ordered them and they can in a few days. Fit as they should and grinder is back working. Would definitely use ereplacement parts again.

I needed a PCB for my Breville Toaster Oven. E Replacements had 3 items listed, but 2 were obsolete and only one available. I ordered the PCB and when it arrived, it had a similar form-factor but the control knobs and wiring were not the same to my PCB. I submitted an RMA and the company created a return shipping label and provided a full refund including shipping. Outstanding for a company to provide return shipping, a full refund including shipping cost.

I totally forgot I used them before! Hallelujah for a non-auction based seller providing parts I need that aren't from the remote reaches of the planet. I love that they provide a grid to help me size things and I can purchase with confidence. This purchase saved my Krups coffee maker. I already installed the part, so I cannot provide photos of it. I was desperate to get my machine back up and running.

I have used ereplacement parts.com twice in the last two weeks and have been amazed at the service they provide. I needed a knob for a Toro snowblower, and an ejection adapter for a Dewalt planer. They had both items in stock and I received them immediately. The Toro part was shipped immediately, the hour the day I ordered it. The Toro part they held for me, as I live near their physical site and was able to personally pick up the part to save on shipping. I ordered by phone and they had a no problem accommodating my unique request. I am very impressed in two ways: First, at the extensive inventory of brand (not after market) parts they obviously have in stock, and Second, at the level of service - immediate shipping for one item and their ability to accommodate a special request to hold the other part so I could pick it up personally. I was not aware of ereplacement parts.com before this but they will certainly be the first place I turn to when I need to replace an item in the future. They really provide an excellent service.

When I need parts, I always start here because; If not here then nowhere (unless you want to pay by "an arm or a leg").

9 times out of 10, my part(s) are shipped out same day I ordered them.

Never, ever had a problem with this company and that would be difficult for me to say at other sites I've tried.
