I am missing items. I have called epic sports but the phone continues to ring.
My 1st order was a couple hats and shoes. Hats were too small had trouble getting thru to customer service. When I did replacement hats were shipped and received in 2 days. The shoes I ordered were same size that all my shoes were. Some reason they're a little snug.
I was concerned that the low prices would mean low quality. I was wrong. The items from Epic sports are awesome. My son is just beginning baseball and Epic sports really came through. Thanks Epic Sports

Thanks for the speedy response for my exchange. Everything went from the initiation of the exchange with the customer service representative to the early deliver of the correct item.
Ordering was very easy.
Placed an oder with epic sports my item was placed on back order so I asked for a refund. I was sent an email stating i would be be getting my refund well i never got it. I made numerous calls sent email after email no one would return my call or email until I said my Attorney was going to get involved. Next thing i know i get a email from Cody Patton the manger stating take my complaint to the credit card company. He did not call to try to help me or anything. I had to contact my bank to get my money back. Then i call back to tell them i filed a dispute with the bank a manager gets on the phone and says they refunded me last week the bank must be keeping it. I told her i had already spoke with my bank and what she was not saying was true. Customer service is a joke they are not there to help at all!
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
