I ordered two exercise balls to use as chairs. They were sent without the plug to keep the air in. Bryant in their customer service department couldn't grasp what that was, so he claimed. They said they would take the items back, but I had to pay shipping... $23.00 Horrible Customer Service.

Hard to reach customer service, often disconnected (one rep doesn't know when another rep contacted me)... Poor inventory system - took weeks to finally get an order in with the correct number of jerseys I wanted. The site would say they were in stock, I would order and two days later I would get a message that the number I ordered wasn't in stock. So I requested to change quantity to the number of jerseys that ARE in stock... two days later after that I get ANOTHER email stating that that quantity is not in stock. I went through this process two more times (multiple orders had this same issue). Your website needs to be updated in real time with your warehouse so this won't happen in the future. On a positive note... quality and price are hard to beat. Just wish it were way easier to order and the shipping cost wasn't so high.
Called there was a 35 minute wait punched in my phone # to be called back not losing my place in line was called back 3 hrs later and missed the call

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
