Stay far away! After sizing my entire team with samples I ordered a combination of small, medium, and large jerseys. I received the order and the jerseys were printed with name, number ad logo and were distributed to the team. I then found out that the mediums did not fit like the sample. I obtained the jerseys back from the team and matched up smalls and mediums. It turns out that the small was the exact same size as the medium. I called customer service and Racheal explained that the sizing chart indicates that a small is anywhere from 33-35 and a medium is anywhere from 35-37. I sent pictures showing that the small and medium jerseys both measured at 34.5. Rachael then got back to me and said that because the jerseys were customized that she would not return or credit the cost of the medium jerseys. She indicated that it is my responsibility to check to make sure the jerseys are not mislabeled prior to printing. I really don't understand how a company can ship the same measurement shirts and label them both small and medium and then claim it is the customers responsibility to make sure they are not mislabelled. I would stay far away from EPIC when considering ordering team apparel.

My jacket came and everything was wrong. It did not fit. It was not as pictured. Lacked the zipper closure. Color was incorrect. Body was not wool.
When I wanted to return it, it took hours waiting on the phone to get a person. So I went on line And deal with it that way. When I got their website it told me to use their phone number since it was the only way to deal with returns. Never again!

Placed an order at 10:30 Am. Received an email saying my order was on hold and to call a specific phone number. Called the number and was on hold for 3 hours. Finally someone answered and i told them what was going on and i was placed back in a phone waiting line for another hour. Spoke to a women named Taylor who kept asking me for my credit card info, i asked what her last name was so i knew who i was speaking with and she wouldn't give it to me so i asked to speak with a supervisor and i'm currently on hold again! Completely unprofessional and atrocious customer service! Will be sure to recommend to everyone i know to NEVER USE EPIC SPORTS!
Epic sent me a boys T (boys sizes are 6-20 not S, M, L) and then ignored my complaints. Finally after several attempts to get my situation addressed, Epic sent me a return label which I had to pay the charges, I was also charged a restocking fee and substitution T, s were not sent. Now Epic wants me to pay the shipping fee for the replacement Ts.

I happened upon the EpicSports site while paging through other sites in my search for team uniforms for a tournament coming up... I had never heard of them before. Upon delving further into their web site, I was pleasantly surprised at the prices and the selection of uniforms available... and they did the printing - another great deal!
Their turnaround time was super fast too! I liked the customer support call also, just to verify the order and answer any questions that I may have had - nice touch!
The uniforms arrived in about a week and a half - everything was perfect! Everyone on the team was ecstatic at the quality and at how nice they looked.
I will definitely do business with EpicSports again!

I tried to find the best deal possible and I found epicsports.com. I had never heard of them before so I was doing some research. I ran across this site with all of the negative reviews and got scared. I still decided to take my chances after looking elsewhere at other reviews, as it is my experience that typically the only time people are motivated to write about a company is when they have a bad experience. My order number was ******* and I spoke with Erik. I also made things complicated.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
