I like the your product, but customer service was lacking product knowledge. The person was unable to advise as to whether the radiant red, being used as the boarder, would be similar to the red brim of a Richardson hat I wanted to purchase. The person had no idea.

The quality and pricing were great. However, the process time on some of the things in the order was a lot longer than I was hoping for and I had to order some of the items that were in the order from another company because the items from this order were not delivered in time.

All items shipped in a single bag which was stuffed full, bag broke during shipment and several items were damaged.

Clearance items so not a lot of value, did not follow up with shipper or seller.
