Not happy with the customer service I'm waiting for my order and it's been 5 weeks(I got 3 day shipping) what a joke. They can't split order because that's how it works. I asked if I can get some kind of appreciation with my order like a discount, upgrade my order to next day or something. I got nothing!
I was a little wary about ordering because of customer reviews but my experience was very good. This item is suddenly very hard to find and I ordered less than I wanted to see how the transaction was executed. The item runs a little small (sports clothing should be loose) but not enough to return it. Even with shipping costs, the delivery time was estimated to be two weeks, a really long time in this day and age. But the order was correct, pretty good quality, and delivered in three days, although to the mailbox kiosk, not to my house. I had email updates along the way as well. All in all, a very good effort. Thanks.
2 of the shirts were mixed up ( they were supposed to be adult large but ended up as youth large... tag even said it but would have cost more to send back than what we paid so decided to keep). Great prices but just that little mix-up
I wish shipping could be a little faster. Often times on the shipping options, you will have an option to pick "next day" or "two day" shipping and it is more than a week away. That may be because of other factors, but it can be frustrating.
I ordered over the phone. The gentleman I spoke with was courteous and answered all my questions about the product. I wouls definity reccommend Epic Sports.
I really dislike that I placed an order on Monday morning around 10:30 a.m. and when I call on Wednesday to check on the status of the order the response I get is It looks like it'll ship today so we're still on time for our Estimated ship date. Unacceptable... I've been ordering products through Epic Sports for the past four years for our organization. That relationship in in serious jeopardy!
Usually very happy with Epic items, unfortunately with this order the pair of goalie gloves we ordered were two different sizes. My 15 year old son was very excited about getting the USA goalie gloves and he had a game this weekend he needed them for and one glove fit but the other glove did not. I contacted customer service and sent them a picture of the two different size gloves and they said that they would check with the manufacturer and get back to me.
All is good as of now, haven't gone through all the packages just yet. Hoping all the socks match, last year we had an issue. We order every year and just can't understand why we pay a shipping charge, in past years Im not sure we did. We are a school program so it seems unfair
I am very pleased with this site, I have ordered jerseys from them in the past and now I'm looking into athletic wear. The sizing of the merch can be difficult to choose but if you order a small amount to make sure and then a large order you should be fine. The only problem is it takes so long to get to me but that's kind of a small thing I guess.
I have used this company for years and never had an issue with any of the orders until this last one. I had a shirt that was in a shipment of 10 that I didn't receive and I called several times and left messages but never received return calls. The only time I received a return call was when I sent an email. I've never had any issues with customer service until this last time. This is still a great company to use and they got me my missing item really fast.
You put the wrong number on the back of the jersey and when I called customer service they refused to give us expedited delivery on the new, correct numbered, jersey so we didn't have it in time for our game. Epic Sports should have upgrade the shopping to expedited since the mistake was 100% their fault.
The shipping of the products I purchased was terribly packed, hats were jammed in one big box. No sleeves at all & a few hats were creased from this type of packing you guys did. The shipping of ALL your products, take entirely way to long to receive. Ive waited as long as 2 weeks to receive anything from you. There is now way it should take that long. 5 days max!. Hope you change this soon or I will be finding a new dealer

The flags were not the quality we thought they would be. Very see through. I had planned on hanging them on my boys wall in their room. But, I think I am going to have to paint a solid white background to go behind them (the blue and white striped walls shows through the flags).
Placed an order for hot pink socks for both our football team and volleyball team for our Cancer Awareness games. Socks were well-received by players. Decent price and very fast shipping speed.
The only reason I had to call customer service was because I ordered them using my personal credit card and so the billing address and shipping addresses were different. Customer services folks were kind and quick in handling the address verification.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
