Enjoyed ordering. Had one minor product question that was easily answered by calling customer service. Order arrived promptly and was as expected. Good quality and all printing was perfect. Thank you.
Ordered about 8 pieces (no custom items) and it took them 4 days to process the order. On the 4th day I get a robo-phone call at 5:04pm stating there is something wrong with my order and I need to contact them immediately. I call them at 5:05pm and I get the "closed for the day" recording. I then get the same robo-phone call again that night at 8:15pm.
Next day I take care of the problem, which was an item that was no longer available, and it takes another 4 days before the other 7 items actually ship. So now we're on day 8 just ship my stuff.
When they arrived my "GIRLS SMALL" was so incredibly small. It would be equivalent to a YOUTH EXTRA SMALL. Not sure why you have a "youth" and a "girls" sizes.
So my other items were okay, especially considering the price. They are cheap Chinese items, but I don't blame epicsports for selling cheap stuff, that's just an item they offer (you get what you pay for).
Overall I'd buy from them again, just don't be in a hurry to get your stuff, and be sure to triple check the sizes by using measurements.
I received the product within a few days which was way earlier than quoted. Website was easy to navigate, price was less than other places and they had exactly what I was looking for. Updates on order were well communicated.
Awesome jersey, fits as expected,quality of jersey i purchased is excellent. Arrived sooner than i expected. Overall experience with epic sports was fantastic. I will definately use them in the future.
Still have not received order. Actually had an email from a real person 3 days ago. Told her to cancel 1 item you were holding the order up for and should the balance. Checked my account and still not shipped.
When my order is less than $10.00 for 2 pairs of socks that my son has to have to match his teams socks and the shipping is $13.51, this is totally outrageous. Thanks I will NOT be shopping here again.
Needed to return 2 of the items I purchased. It took a 30 minute wait on the phone to request a return authorization. Then there was a restocking fee (20%) charged for each item. Won't be purchasing from them again.

All items shipped in a single bag which was stuffed full, bag broke during shipment and several items were damaged.
Clearance items so not a lot of value, did not follow up with shipper or seller.
Just happen to find this store, wish shipping was lower. Most of the items were perfect one pair of pants ended up being way to big. Just kept them for later. Funny how sizes very from one company to another...
The whole process from selecting the product to delivery was spot on and no issues. My products even arrived earlier than expected. I was really impressed and even by this survey. Most companies won't take the time to self evaluate their processes and procedures. That is a sign of a company that cares and wants to keep improving and not be stagnant on possible ways to improve.
Great service, great price, quality product! Don't let the price make you equate it to poor material. I've used Epic sports for all of my children sport need and for my exercise clothing needs and has been satisfied each time!
I doubt that I will order again. I didn't receive my package on time. It was supposed to be expected by 11/17, it was delivered on 11/25. I had asked via email about it on the 17th and didn't receive a reply. In processing, 3 different times, my order was put on hold because items were no longer available. Maybe you should think about keeping your online inventory up to date with your physical inventory, because the same thing happened to my last order, 3 or 4 items were out of stock and my order was put on hold each time. Your prices are really low, but I'm not sure if it's worth the hassle of ordering through epic sport.

I thought that your add said that your order would be shipped in two days. First I ordered my jerseys and they came back after a couple of days and said that you didn't have enough of the color that we needed. When we finally got that straight it's still taking over a week before you guys sent the jerseys out. Don't say that you're going to ship in two days when you're not! We've already played a few games and the natives are restless they want their jerseys
Easy to navigate through web to order product. Size selection is tricky. I made measurements from old jacket ( not current vendor) that fits me well over a light pull-over. However, the newly purchased jacket is somewhat tight with one inch short on arm. Without pull-over, the jacket fits good.
What is the solution, return for for a bigger measurement?
Not happy with the customer service I'm waiting for my order and it's been 5 weeks(I got 3 day shipping) what a joke. They can't split order because that's how it works. I asked if I can get some kind of appreciation with my order like a discount, upgrade my order to next day or something. I got nothing!
I was a little wary about ordering because of customer reviews but my experience was very good. This item is suddenly very hard to find and I ordered less than I wanted to see how the transaction was executed. The item runs a little small (sports clothing should be loose) but not enough to return it. Even with shipping costs, the delivery time was estimated to be two weeks, a really long time in this day and age. But the order was correct, pretty good quality, and delivered in three days, although to the mailbox kiosk, not to my house. I had email updates along the way as well. All in all, a very good effort. Thanks.
2 of the shirts were mixed up ( they were supposed to be adult large but ended up as youth large... tag even said it but would have cost more to send back than what we paid so decided to keep). Great prices but just that little mix-up
I wish shipping could be a little faster. Often times on the shipping options, you will have an option to pick "next day" or "two day" shipping and it is more than a week away. That may be because of other factors, but it can be frustrating.
I ordered over the phone. The gentleman I spoke with was courteous and answered all my questions about the product. I wouls definity reccommend Epic Sports.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
