I received my order before the estimated time and the price for the balls, especially considering the reviews, seemed like a great deal. However, out of my 6 basketballs one obviously has a hole and the other 5 have to be aired up every day. They're used at recess, so multiple times a day by multiple kids, but none of my other brand balls need air as often as these do.

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
