I paid extra to ensure that I got my jersey by a certain date. Order confirmation from Epic and emails from Epic said that it would arrive, for sure, by Friday 3/23. They shipped it on 3/23, so I did not have my jersey for that weekend's games. I emailed and asked about it and got no response. The only thing Epic about them is the fail.
I ordered a matte black catcher Easton catchers helmet. The point of purchase, the order online said I would receive the package in 5 business days. I received an email 2 days after the order stating my package would come in 2 weeks. I would not have ordered the helmet if that were the case. Although it did arrive a couple of days earlier that estimated delay, I received the wrong color helmet. I received at Glossy Black instead of Matte Black. Found it odd that there was no packing order in the box and the helmet was sent without and plastic or protective packaging - just a helmet in a box?
Simple web design. I had a specific brand of hat I was looking and found it quickly. Easy order, and I even had them drop shipped. Overall great experience!

I placed orders multiple times before and never had problems. This time I placed an order which was supossed to be delivered by 3/27 (today). I checked the status and realized that it hadn't even been shipped yet. I called in myself after not receiving a call to explain. No one answered so I left a VM because the auto prompt explained I would be called back, in the ordered I called. I waited all day yesterday and received no call back. Jose finally called back today with a defensive tone and pretty much was completely useless. He wouldn't give me a next estimated receive date nor would he have a manager call me back. I paid close to $400 for this order and you guys have customer service vice reps treating customers like second class citizens. At this point you're stealing money if you can't update me on a ship date. Basically you've taken my money and are telling me that 3 weeks later, you can't give me a new date on when to expect what I paid for.
The site is not clean and clear
The customer service was ridiculous. I waited on hold a total of 3 hours to speak with customer service. At one point I had waited on hold for 55 min. When I finally was able to speak to someone. Then in less than a minutes time, and not able to explain the entire situation was put back I hold for another 35 minutes before I gave up. Then I called back the next day and waited for close to an hour before I was able to speak with someone and resolve the situation.
I think shipping for clothing (lightweight) items is a bit pricey and this limits my purchases.

I ordered shorts from Epic sports, they were returned because the inseams on them were irregular and completely mislisted on the size charts on their site.
Any product you return to epic sports you will not receive the full amount back for what you paid for it- Regardless if the items are defective/damaged or simply are not the right size and do not fit, their return policy is complete nonsense. Epic sports will keep half your money and claim it as quote on quote a restocking fee. This is bull$#*!. Epic sports' located out of Bel Aire, KS, is a 3rd rate online retailer with quite the unethical business practices to show for it.- If youre looking for good customer service and returns this is not the place for you. They use google adwords to promote their hot garbage of a company online, so when you put in a search for shorts their name appears top of the list. If you frequently buy clothing online and have to return items Epic sports is about as unfair and greedy of a company as it gets with regards to customer service/satisfaction and returns. What their return policy basically says is that if you return merchandise sure we'll take the items back but we'll also keep half youre money while doing it. I highly recommend avoiding this jackal of a business in all regards.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
Answer: Why are shipping costs so high? Unless your costs are extremely low I will take my business elsewhere. Amazon ships for FREE with an Amazon Prime Membership which is EXTREMELY easy to acquire. Please respond to Joanie Jones 602-350-3983. Thanks!
