Quick and easy. Covered a lot of general health and safety practices that I learnt in england but good for peace of mind that the processes are the same. Guidance document should match actual process though. Document doesn't say you have to send your I'd and declaration before phone call.

Course was fine. Phone questions questionable due to poor quality recording on voice over. Customer service was very very poor when chasing up issues. Forms on Web site need to be easier to access/find.
