To complicated process - other over services of "Not being able to proceed till question is incorrect" rather than your site allowing sumbmission then waiting 3 days, getting incorrect correct answer, waiting another 3 days and so forth.
Recently my husband logged onto our account and started to complete his RSA - NSW placed his name and USI number in before he started, was having an issue completing the final assessment and made a phone call, from here it went pear shaped, apparently because I had previously completed a course under this email the certificate for all the work he had done was going to be issued in my name (mind you this is classed as fraud and the USI number used is not registered against my name.
We asked to speak to a manager and this is not permitted - YOU MUST EMAIL. We have requested a refund and they have told us that we must create another email! Which we do not wish to do for the sake of it.
Nicole the manager will not take my calls, or no longer reply to my emails.
The matter is going to the ombudsman. This organisation should be de-registered as an approved RTO.
I have proof of purchase of this course but for some reason can load a copy under the proof of purchase The Invoice Number is *******

Answer: The course is flexible for you to do (sign in and sign out, and your Student Dashboard will tell you where you're up to). The course takes (about) 6hours. Your assessments along the way are marked before releasing the next one. Final assessments include doing onscreen presentations of about 2mins each, for (about) 10 items I think. Then it takes 1-3 business days for them to assess your Finals.
Answer: Once you've done the 5 sections then you have to do a Final Assessment and audio/video presentations. Sign back onto your account and check your Student Dashboard as it will tell you what you still need to complete.
