Could do it my own time. Liked the instant feedback when incorrect. Shouldn't have to interepret grammar related questions that don't directly test learning.

At 66 yrs of age found the course to be well designed & questions ensured good comprehension needed for student plus great referencing for reading

Easy to use but kinda pricey. I appreciate that I was marked before paying however. Some of the video questions were a little cryptic.

It was quick and easy they had everything you need at your finger tips
Was great ill be coming back to do more course thanks heaps

This training helped me learn a lot about the responsible service of alcohol and gambling in witch i had no idea about to begin with

It was great that this could be completed online...being in the far west travel time and distance to a training centre is a problem

Hopefully be able to find work before I go crazy. Lol. I'm sure once I get my HR truck license next week to go with the forklift license I got this week I will be able to get work ASAP.

Great way to obtain white card. Please note that you have to do some more steps other than the online assignment. But its quick anyway

Very informative, learnt different regulations in other states of Australia. There is quite a few questions to answer, but course is good overall

I have now got my white card for employment I am still doing assessments waiting on marking to move onto last assessment

Being able to watch the videos as well felt like it was more like an online school than just a regular course.

The ability to be able to start and stop modules was a definite bonus. I completed this course after work each night.

The training was quick and gave great examples of different situations in the work place that can be relevant to any worker.

To book the call assessment online have to wait 5 weeks, email to ask is there any earlier time then get it done next day. Other things are all good.
