Haven't received anything after completing 117 questions

Haven't received anything after completing 117 questions. I still have courses to complete apparently. Can't download Adobe Flash player to do so. Says I am blocked. This information would have been more useful at the start. Meanwhile applying for jobs, no RSA certificate. You need to be upfront like 117 questions plus all this other stuff. I am in limbo.
