You have to pay before you complete the course

You have to pay before you complete the course. The virtual Bar and Audio assessment are after you pay. Then EOT take 3 business days to mark the Audio or you can pay a ransom to get it marked quicker. They sent me this email on the 3rd business day. "Unfortunately we could not review your recordings as they appear to be blank due to an unknown issue.
Please check your microphone settings or try with a different device to record your answers again ". This was a lie because they had passed marked 6 of the seven Audio questions. When I queried this they said oh just the last question was blank. So I rerecorded the answer and they failed me on it and made me do it a third time. Finally I got my Certificate after 5 business days
