Called Friday inquiring about an upcoming customer auto shipment RX refill. JACK the rep With whom I spoke was spot on. He explained why the refill was so much more expensive Than my initial order. JACK said Entirely Pet Pharmacy wants to keep me as a happy customer, So as a kind gesture, JACK offered to discount my current order to make it more palatable.
I ordered dental chews for my pet. Before the order was received completely my pet died. When I called two times about returning the chews and explained that they were no longer needed because my pet was not alive, not once was any sympathy or condolences offered nor was anything other than standard processing (25% restocking fee and my paying for shipping) suggested. I find this less than caring for a bereaved pet parent.
It was fairly fast, although I did get a little confused by some emails regarding contact with vet as to waiting on prescription. Saying continue to reach out til answer then 1 saying 3rd & final fax. Just glad it did work out & got here in time dose was due.
This is only my 2nd delivery so not sure it is USPS or the order management system.
Both times, the order status indicated delivered when in fact it wasn't but showed up a couple days later. This time USPS also stated per tracking number that it was in our mailbox.
Just an inconvenience but as long as it arrives I'm happy.
Very pleased with the product but the discount code I had from my prior order would not be accepted. Since there was no "end" date on it, that was disappointing.
EPP was a convenient way to receive discounted pet meds sent directly to me. There was a bit of a delay. However, that may have been due to a delay in getting the prescription from my vet.
I ordered flea med and had no issues. Was on time.And price was fair will come back to this site next time i am in need of products.
I Placed my order and had it in a week and a day. That includes the vet authorization. Worked for me, I would use them again, and very probably will. Plus, they threw in some extras.
We finally got our medication (MetVedin) after over a month of waiting. We also ordered Salix and received the one order but were charged for two. I have been unable to get through to the company. I'm sure they will take care of this, but it is just a little inconvenient.
We received all of the items as ordered. Took about 4-5 days. Originally the Belly Bites were on back order for 2-3 weeks? BUT, they did come with the order. Great! Less expensive than buying in the local pet store, at least for the products I ordered.Our Gordon Setter loves the Large Greenie Bones. Helping with her teeth care! The only downfall was the fact that Entirely Pets did advertise that they would have Pharmacy products for my state. I ordered them along with Greenies etc. but I soon got a call from a CS person saying that we were not approved for pharmacy products in the state of Maine. This was disappointing and even though the CS person apologized(not their fault anyway), management should not have sent our emails advertising pharmacy products to states that are not approved. It is a waste of time for the customer and the company. I had to place a pharmacy order with another company.
My prescription clearly had 3 remaining refills,, but i still received an email from you saying that you needed my veterinarian's approval. This was not necessary since I still had a few refills remaining. My order arrived on time.
Found this product looking to give my dogs some nutrients to put in there food, I sprinkle half a scope on there food and they love it, they now eat all there food they are getting the nutrients what they don't get from the food with in a month hopefully see a difference in there fur and energy.
Prices were amazing compared to other pet med companies. Ran into a glitch with my seresto collars "needing an Rx" even though they are OTC.
Once I got a rep on phone, immediate resolve, very polite and quick delivery.
Thought it took way too long to get my order. Slower than most. Even with regular shipping it should not have snail speed. 8 days is unforgivable.
Sometimes a bit slow and poor packaging - good prices though for my pet prescriptions. Sometimes excellent customer service - sometimes not.
Bravecto is available everywhere, so it really comes down to service and price. This is my 1st order at Entirely Pets and they did a darn good job on both!
They were informative in the process of contacting the vet for a prescription and method of receiving info.
The price was good and the delivery was prompt. It saved me a trip to the vet while I was unable to get out.
This last order was in stock. The previous two orders were not in stock and waited three to six months before each order was cancelled.
They pretty much do everything. The only complaint is that I wasn't updated in the status of my order. I had to call them after a week and a half cause I never heard anything back.
I have read negative reviews on line and feel the need to respond. I have ordered from EntirelyPetsPharmacy.com for 6+ months now. Quick response and shipping. When there has been a question or concern... when I call all reps that have answered have been helpful and kind. Not sure what has gone on before or wit others but for us (family + 4 dogs) the prices and customer service will keep us coming back.
Quick service and good pricing. Easy to order. Referred by a friend. I am very satisfied with my whole experience.
