I appreciate that the delicate teapot I ordered for a friend showed up in excellent condition. However, the cost to get it here was just as much as the item. (Not your fault.)

Received teapot and was so disappointed at the quality. Several spots had been missed when it was painted, and made it look like second rate merchandise. May have to return it and pay additional postage. Quality Control should have noticed this and sent a different one.

Just the right size and it fits to my other dish set

Received what I ordered. Print on tea cozy is larger than it looked online. I will still give the gift & hope it works.

Bought for a friend whose wife passed away and loved her daily High Tea tradition she grew up having back in Hog Kong (a British tradition). I enclosed a note for the husband and daughter I was wishing them able to continue her tradition with this lovely pink set with scones and cream in her memory, and hopes it will help during their grieving process in the months and years to come.

I received my order but one box corner was crushed in. Several pies in pieces. What a waste. Service for delivery was quick.

I am a huge fan of the Buckingham Palace Garden Party and also the Ontario Breakfast teas - so rich and tasty. They are staples in my home. Have been using English Tea Store for years now, and always satisfied!

Great experience dealing with this online company. Easy to navigate website, it was a fast shop, fast checkout and fast delivery.

Products arrived on time. However there was one product was a disapointment. The product is Mr. Kipling 6 Mince Pies. The box was not damaged but the pies were broken and couldn"t be served as a desert. Maybe some things just can"t survive shipping.

I gave this as a gift to a tea lover. She was very appreciative and thought it was beautiful too.

This is my first purchase of what I hope will be a long relationship with The English Tea Store. I was shocked at the shipping speed. It seems that they deliver through interdinensional time travel. I placed my order on Friday morning and received my tea Monday afternoon.

I am hosting a high tea party this coming Monday, and I haven't had the opportunity to taste the products just yet. Hopefully I can update my review afterwards, but so far the products are perfect (visually) and I am confident I will not be disappointed. Also, the communication with the vendor is fabulous!

These arrived beautifully boxed, with no dents, or other damage. The crackers themselves look lovely, and are quite a bit bigger than those I've purchased in the past. You will be pleasantly surprised if you choose these for your table! There are three with a plain sliver sparkle finish, three with a silver pattern, each is gorgeous. I highly recommend them.

Arrived quickly but unfortunately not packed very well, so there were some breakages. But easy ordering on the Web site and great customer service experience.

This is a great website for foods, tea gifts and most importantly... CANDY. The prices are good, and the shipping is fast and carefully packed. I'm thrilled with my order.

I ordered on Saturday afternoon and thought order wouldn't be processed until Monday. Was very surprised to receive an email a few hours later that order processed! Received order on Monday!
