Got my order before Christmas, as promised! Great product. The mince pies were a treat. Flaky crust and wonderful filling. Just right for a snack, and made for a more traditional family Christmas. Glad I found English TeaStore! Will be ordering again from them.

Love being able to buy British goods for Christmas. So hard to find Quality Streets and proper English chocolate.
I found this tea once in a grocery store and loved it---one of the few teas I've found in the States that really tastes like the tea in England and Ireland. So I was thrilled to find it online at a reasonable price. It was delivered quickly with no problems.

This site has many teas not seen before and many not available in the store. I have passed on it's name already and will do so again.
My box arrived today. The box was damaged at one of the bottom corner and half of the contents arrived damaged. The Branston Pickle Relish was in the bottom and the lid was off (the lid was dented). The 3 cans of Heinz beans were each badly dented. The mince pies box was torn open at the back and several of the pies were split open. Pictures of damage are below.

Very good service. Fast delivery. Great selection of teas. I will shop here again. As a matter of fact, this was the second time I used the English Tea Store. The English teas have a much better taste. If you buy the same brand tea that was packaged here in the United States, it will nor taste as good or fresh as the tea that was from England.
Everyone was delivered promptly and even though I ordered rather late to get the items before Christmas. Very satisfied.
