When we vacationed in Northern Ireland Bewley's tea was served at our Bed and Breakfast. It quickly became my favorite tea! While visiting the Armagh County Museum we found small room with a special display of the history of Bewley's. Now I ordered some for myself and some to give as gifts.

Would have thought with the holiday mailings now they would have taken steps to keep item colder in transit. I asked them what to do with my cream and they proceeded to tell me I should have looked at their site and got expedited shipping and they were not responsible! It was a very small bottle and the shipping would have far succeeded the cost of the item. All I had asked them what I should do!

It arrived quite quickly and everything that I had ordered. The mcvities had popped open during travel and there were crumbs covering everything in the box. My main disappointment was that the Yorkshire Gold is the same USA import version I can buy in the shops here that really isn't the same tea as in the UK. All in all everything arrived timely and everything was in the order!

My father really enjoys the variety of tea we send on occasions. Loves the sugar free biscuits as well. Nice variety of decaf teas.
The items were all good a bit pricey but Christmas is a time to enjoy and spend money on special things so all in all would definitely go back to buy more stuff hopefully won't get squashed in transit
