One of the teas that I ordered was out of stock. I waited 10 days THEN contacted them, and was told it was out of stock, and they did not know when it would be in. So they just sat on the order for another week or so, then refunded my $$ for the one tea and sent the order out. I had already ordered from another company. Their tea arrived promptly. These folks need to have better communication and be more prompt.

All of my boxes of tea arrived crushed. I doubt if this will effect the flavor of the tea, but it was disappointing nonetheless. They sent me a broken teapot. It was packaged and when I opened it I found a broken piece off the rim of the teapot and the piece wasn't included. I couldn't even glue the piece on because it wasn't there. So they sent me a broken teapot.
