Travel throughout Ireland made it clear that Ballymaloe produced the classic tomato relish, and that it wa available at the English Tea Store at a fair price. I ordered a dozen jars; each six were appropriately packed but the container box was large and the glass jars collided with each other and created breakage. Seven of the 12 were smashed. After I contacted the company and sent a photo, your company quickly refunded $35 of the $70 that I paid. That part was excellent. However, please improve your packing department!
