Mugs are nice and I do love PG Tips. It is easy to order from the site and so far, I have not had any issues at my receiving end.
I have been ordering from this store for a few years now and I am always satisfied with my purchase. There isn't many stores around me that carry the larger PGTips so I order from the English Tea Store. I know that I can purchase with a quicker delivery and sometimes a sale on "the smile" but I tend to use "the smile" when I cannot order from the source. I like supporting an individual business.
I ordered clotted cream it came in one piece and they even packed it with a bit of ice wrapped in bubble wrap and foil.

These teas, so far, are delicious and flavorful. Each tea brings something different to the palate and senses, so I won't describe them one by one. In fact, I am enjoying the French Blend Tea - Loose Leaf and the Organic Sencha Kyoto Cherry Rose Festival Green Tea - Loose Leaf so much I haven't broken open my sampler pack!
Super excited to find things like Double Bergamot Earl Grey in a bulk loose leaf form. I use it for a lot of different things and hate how much waste using multiple tea bags creates.

Hot coco mix was nearly to beyond the best by date. Certainly close enough that the product would not be use completely until well after the best by date.
