Excellent selection... just wish you were closer to my home... and i have stated numerous times, this is the best $110 i have spent on work stuff in a LONG time

How do you expect a first time customer to immediately rate you as to the likelihood of "buying from us again"? This is akin to the eBay obsession with giving sellers an immediate 5 stars, BASED ON THEIR COMMUNICATIONS ALONE, regardless of followup (product quality, shipping adequacy, etc.).

Nice layout and excellent explanation of usage for tools. I'm a surveying beginner and your details on laser level equipment was better than the other four sites I've shopped on.

I ordered a Laser Detector but it would not pick up the signal from my Johnson product.
Re-ordered a Johnson Level Item 40-6715 and will return the original order.

Order experience is 5 star. However, the Handbook does leave some key instructions out that prompted me to call the factory and then the Repair Company for answers.

Very user friendly compared to some sites. Federal purchasing is harder to purchase as we are to use certain vendors but what they needed I could not find through government purchasing. Thanks!

Straight forward ordering process. Ordered on-line. Had next day delivery even though that was not required. Package was delivered intact and had plenty of protective packaging.

There was confusion between shipping and billing addresses. You had them reversed. 2 nd phone call resolved the issue. Customer service was very polite and helpful.

I HAVE ORDER SEVERAL OF THESE TAPE MEASURES OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS AND THEY DO NOT LAST VERY LONG. THE TAPE ITSELF IS FLIMSY AND WILL BREAK EASILY OR SOMETIMES CATCH ON THE CASE AND TEAR. POOR QUALITY.
