Ordered the product on the 9th and received the product on the 20th. I understand that for circumstances beyond your control the the shipping warehouse was having issues. Still, 11 days to deliver as opposed to the advertised 4 to 5 days was too long.

Everything was fine except that the product wasn't shipped for at least 6 days after I ordered it.

Found what I was looking for quickly.

Fulfillment time was slow. Of course I did order online New Years Eve which was a Saturday and most businesses were closed on Monday Jan 2,2017. The item was not in stock either. This resulted in additional time to receive. Communication on order status was good. I received email updates on order status as it progressed.
