I had to contact your support desk to ask a question about the product. The woman that I spoke with was extremely pleasant and even though she wasn't that familiar with what I wanted, she emailed me the users manual and the contact information for the manufacture. It was great and easy.

We did not realize that the plastic was more of the hard plastic and it wont lay flat. We need a more plyable/flexible plastic.
