Start nearly every day with a great smoothie. Helps avoid "fattening" foods. Also great for satisfying hunger craving between meals. I use 1/2 scoop, of protein powder, 1/2 cup Original Almond milk, 1/2 cup cold water, & 1/2 cup ice cubes.
These vitamins are the best my husband and I have ever taken! He can't believe how much better he feels.

Only drawback is I live in Vancouver Canada. So my purchase of US$87.99 is anything but that - Add on Shipping US$30.80 so now my purchase price is US$118.79. Then factor in a very weak CND$ and my Actual price becomes Cdn$145.57! So a purchase price of US$87.99 translates to a purchase price of Cdn$145.57! So I have to pay Cdn$60 so I can purchase a product that costs US$87.99. So money wise it makes it Prohibitely expensive to "Shop" in America for Canadians - youre next door neighbour!
