The purchase experience was generally positive.The order was received on January 26th. The purchase experience would have been better if I was informed of a delivery date within a couple days of placing the order. I was not given a delivery date until I wrote and requested it. My usual experience with on-line purchases is to receive a delivery date from the vendor almost within hours of placing an order. This was the first time that I had to initiate a delivery schedule.

I had to place my order twice because it didn't go through the first time. I just hope the item doesn't get sent twice and charged to my bank account twice!

I purchased a refurbished Ecobee3 and I was disappointed that there was a large irreparable scuff on the front face of it. For the price, I guess I can't complain; and a couple months out now I hardly think about it now.

Bought 3 boxes of sealant and only 2 arrived, heavily damaged with torn boxes. Called them and they direct you to email addresses. I did talk with someone after some effort and they said they would look into it.

I have also talked to UPS about the damaged products. One delivered box was unusable.

I have emailed Energy Conscious twice and they have not responded. I need this product for a house I'm building.

They seem more interested in selling and not much in customer support.

So to date, I have not received a refund nor have I received product I can use. It would be nice to know if they are at least working on it.

A simple email acknowledging the issue would go a long way. Tomorrow will be a week since my first email letting them know there was a problem, but nothing....

I tried to make this purchase at 5 other sites. They appeared cheaper, until I'd get to checkout and they'd be charging $100+ for shipping. This site was a little more pricey initially, but ended up being cheaper and easier.

Your check out options constantly crash. Your prices are ridiculously inconsistent. I just overpaid when seeing a cheaper option after I checked out.

I love the product Sto-Cote vapor barrier. I am replacing the one I placed in 1999 and only because I had removed a chimney. Otherwise, it has stood the test of time!
