It took a while to get the bar stool but it really nice

I bought on december 29 2020 a $1,069 Takagi tankless gas water heater. After 17 days with no updates on shipping I decided to start emailing and calling them, I texted the emailed them, called them left messages you name it. By the fourth day I was getting really freaked out since there was no response. I decided to delve harder into the website and realized that they are based in Maryland but the call center is in Boca Raton, FL a few miles from my house. So i went there and talked to 2 people that were the concerige for the 8th floor where people rent out suites to do business they said that the people that worked at the call center moved out at the end of December with no word as to them leaving. The people said they managed the floor said they had got bought out and then closed. So i think thats whats going on I called American Express and canceled the charge on my credit card. Fortunetely I had not paid for it yet so thats good.
