Exact part I wanted, hard to find online, i thought the sale price was fine since it is a specialty tool. However the shipping was, in my opinion, expensive for such a small tool.

I liked the fact that you have guess checkout. As a government purchasing agent I do dozens of purchases, and hate having to create accounts just to buy stuff. What I really hate is all the advertising e-mails I keep getting afterwards. I will remember "EC" more that others just because of this option. Yes, you can follow up with me on satisfaction, but please don't send me e-mail as stated above.

Always have the item I need at a good price. I would like to see a "Collect" shipping option where I can use my Fedex account.

Very simple and easy to use but the shipping cost is far to high for 2 small batteries! I would not order if I could find in a local store.

I'm sure I will be satisfied with the whole house fan cover as soon as I get it installed. Since I am doing the installation by myself I am going to make a template of the cover out of heavy brown paper so I can tape it over the whole house fan & get the holes marked in the correct spot without drilling a million holes in the ceiling around the fan ":O)

I am in general satisfied, but I paid for priority mail and it took six days. The items, Limelight night lights, do not have "UL listed" on the product or the packaging.

I purchased a refurbished Ecobee3 and I was disappointed that there was a large irreparable scuff on the front face of it. For the price, I guess I can't complain; and a couple months out now I hardly think about it now.
